You've probably been in a role where you had the skills but not the room to use them. This role is different.

What this job IS
You own a portfolio of remodeling and metal building clients. Their growth is your number, and so is keeping them.
You're their growth partner, not a vendor. You onboard clients, run check-in calls, and own the strategy that turns the marketing we run for them into booked jobs and real revenue.
You read campaign and lead-performance data, spot what's working and what's not, and tell clients exactly what to do next to grow.
You prevent churn before it happens. You catch the warning signs early and step in before a client ever thinks about cancelling.
You grow accounts. You spot when a client is ready to scale, a bigger package, a new market, another service, and you make the case.
You're not doing this alone. You work daily with our media buyers, creative team, and ops. They run the marketing engine. You own the client relationship and the results.
You're measured on outcomes: retention, expansion, and client satisfaction. Not on how many emails you sent.
What this job IS NOT
Not a support role. If you see yourself as a help desk that answers tickets and checks in, this will be a bad fit.
Not for people with no marketing knowledge. You won't run the campaigns yourself, but you need to understand digital marketing well enough to lead a client conversation with real confidence.
Not for people who need step-by-step instructions for every situation. We give you systems and support, but we need people who can think on their feet.
Not for clock-in/clock-out mindsets. We respect your hours and your boundaries. But while you're on, your clients need you fully in it. They will know the difference.
Not for people who ask before they think. Your team is a resource, not your first step. Dig in, try to solve it yourself, and come to the team with what you've found, not just the question.

The Standard

What We're Looking For

If this is you, we want to hear from you.

2+ years in an Account Executive or Client Success Manager role.
A background in digital marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising, enough to guide a client conversation with real confidence.
A strong communicator who can lead client calls with authority and handle tough conversations with empathy.
Highly organized. You manage a full portfolio of accounts without letting anything slip through the cracks.
A proactive problem solver. You anticipate issues and step in early, instead of reacting after a client is already frustrated.
Comfortable with data. You use numbers to tell a story and drive what the client does next.
An ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see the gap and close it.
Available full-time, 9am–5pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Strong bonus points
Experience working with remodeling, metal building, or home services companies.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or similar marketing and lead-gen platforms.
Previous work at a marketing agency or lead generation company, plus a track record of upselling and growing accounts.
